પીએચ.ડી.પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા -2022 અંગેના નિયમો અને સુચનાઓ
૦૧ શૈક્ષણીક લાયકાતના ધોરણો :- OPEN/ EWS કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અનુસ્નાતક પરીક્ષામાં 55% (ગ્રેસીંગ સિવાય) અને SC, ST, OBC (SEBC) (નોન-ક્રીમીલેયર) , તથા PH કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અનુસ્નાતક પરીક્ષામાં 50% (ગ્રેસીંગ સિવાય) ગુણ જરૂરી છે.
૦૨ જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ UGC NET, SLET, GATE, M.Phil CSIR (JRF) અને આ યુનિવર્સિટીની PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) ની પરીક્ષાઓ પાસ કરેલી છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોને પીએચ.ડી. પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષામાંથી મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવે છે. આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પીએચ.ડી. પ્રવેશ માટે ફરજીયાતપણે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહેશે, પરંતુ ફરજીયાતપણે ફી ભરવાની રહેશે.
૦૩ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા ફિ: રૂ.૭૦૦/- + ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે ચાર્જ (પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા ફી નોન રીફંડેબલ છે.)
૦૪ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાના વિષયોની યાદી તેમજ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાનું માધ્યમ અને અભ્યાસક્ર્મ તેમજ વિષયવાર પીએચ.ડી.ની અંદાજીત ખાલી સીટોની માહિતી વેબસાઇટ પર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરેલી છે.
૦૫ પીએચ.ડી.પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાના ઓન લાઇન ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સ્વપ્રમાણીત અનુસ્નાતક પરીક્ષાની માર્કશીટ, જાતી-પ્રમાણપત્ર, OBC(SEBC) કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સરકારશ્રીના નિયમો મુજબનું નોન-ક્રિમિલેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર, ખોડ ખાપણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, પોતાની સહી અને ફોટોગ્રાફ અપલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે.
૦૬ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પીએચ.ડી.પ્રવેશપરીક્ષા ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ તથા અન્ય કોઇ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ હાર્ડકોપીમાં યુનિવર્સિટીમાં  જમા કરાવવાના નથી.
૦૭ પ્રશ્નપત્રનું માળખું :  ૭૦ બહુવૈકલ્પિક પ્રશ્નો ( Multiple Choice Questions) ૭૦ ગુણ, સમય: ૦૧:૩૦ કલાક, ખોટા જવાબ માટે નકારાત્મક ગુણ પ્રદાન પ્રણાલી નથી. ( No Negative Marking for Wrong Answer) ૩૫ ગુણના પ્રશ્નો સંશોધનની પધ્ધતિઓ (Research Methodology) અને ૩૫ ગુણના પ્રશ્નો સંબંધિત વિષયના પૂછવામાં આવશે.
૦૮ પીએચ.ડી. પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા ઓફલાઈન લેવામાં આવશે, જેનું કેન્દ્ર ગોધરા રહેશે., પરીક્ષા સમયે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉપરોક્ત વેબસાઇટ પરથી Login & Password પોતાની હોલ ટીકીટ ડાઉનલોડ કરી પરીક્ષા સમયે સાથે રાખવાની રહેશે. વેબસાઇટ પરથી હોલ ટીકીટ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો મેસેજ આપના મોબાઇલ પર આવશે. ત્યારબાદ જ આપે હોલ ટીકીટ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની છે. તેમજ  પોતાની અનુસ્નાતક પદવી માર્કશીટમાં દર્શાવેલ નામ મુજબનું નિચેના પૈકી કોઇપણ એક ઓરીજીનલ ફોટો આઇડીપ્રુફ પરીક્ષા સમયે સાથે રાખવાનું રહેશે.

  • 07. કેન્દ્ર સરકાર કે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા ઇસ્યુ થયેલ ફોટો ઓળખપત્ર
૦૯ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષામાં કેલક્યુલેટર, મોબાઇલ કે અન્ય કોઇપણ પ્રકારના ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિકસ ઉપકરણનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની કે સાથે લઇ જવાની મનાઇ છે.
૧૦ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મમાં વિદ્યાથીઓએ જે ડોક્યુમેન્ટસ અપલોડ કરેલા છે તે ડી.આર.સી.(Department Research Committee) ની મીટીંગ સમયે ઓરીજીનલ ડૉક્યુમેન્ટ્સ જે-તે ભવનના અધ્યક્ષ સમક્ષ વેરીફાઇ કરાવવાના રહેશે. OBC(SEBC) કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સરકારશ્રીના નિયમો મુજબનું નોન ક્રિમિલેયર પ્રમાણ પત્ર આપવાનું રહેશે.
૧૧ વિઝ્યુયલ હેન્ડિકેપ (Visual Handicap) કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રાઇટર માટેની પરવાનગી અગાઉથી મેળવવાની રહેશે.
૧૨ જે વિષયમાં પીએચ.ડી.ની ઉપલબ્ધ સીટ હશે તે વિષયની જ  ડી.આર.સી. .(Department Research Committee) ની પ્રક્રિયા કરવામાં આવશે.
૧૩ આ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા સંબંધીત અન્ય માહિતીઓ સમયાંતરે www.sggu.ac.in વેબસાઇટ પર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે.વધુ માહિતી માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વેબસાઇટની મુલાકાત કરવાની  રહેશે.
૧૪ પીએચ.ડી.પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા સંબંધીત કોઇપણ પ્રકારના આખરી નિર્ણય લેવાની સતા શ્રી ગોવિંદ ગુરુ યુનિવર્સિટીની રહેશે.
૧૫ અનુસ્નાતક પદવીમાં જે વિષય હશે તે જ વિષયમાં પીએચ.ડી. પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા આપી શકાશે.
01 Educational Qualifications: For OPEN/ EWS category students : 55% (without gracing) at the postgraduate degree examination and for SC, ST, OBC (SEBC) and (not creamy layer), and PH category 50% (without gracing) at the postgraduate degree examination.
02 Applicants who have cleared UGC NET, SLET, GATE, M.Phil CSIR (JRF) or PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) of this University are excempted from PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test). These applicants should have to fill all information given in Online Registration for, but they have to pay fees.
03 Examination Fees: Rs.700/- + online payment gateway charge (Entrance Examination Fee is not refundable)
04 List of Ph.D. Entrance Test Subjects, medium of examination and syllabus are available on University website.
05 While filing online application for Ph.D. Entrance Test students must upload self attested mark sheet of PG examination, caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate(for OBC category student) physical disability certificate, candidate owns signature and recent passport size photograph.
06 Applicants need not deposit printout of Ph.D. Entrance Test application form or any other document in hardcopy in the University.
07 Question Paper Format: The Question paper shall consist of 70 MCQ type questions of 70 marks. Time for examination will be of 01:30 hours. No Negative marking for wrong answers. There shall be 35 questions of 35 marks of Research Methodology and 35 questions of 35 marks of relevant subjects.
08 Ph.D. Entrance Test will be conducted offline mode at Godhara. Applicants will be able to download hall ticket for Ph.D. Entrance Test from the Website by using his/her login and password. Examinee must keep hall ticket with him/her at the time of Entrance Test. You shall be informed about downloading of hall ticket from website through SMS. You should download hall ticket only after you have received SMS. You must keep with you one of the following Photo-ID Proof in original at the time of Test and must show it to competent authority when asked to do so.   • 06. Bank Passbook with recent photograph
  • 07. Photo Identity card issued by Central Govt. or State Govt.
09 Possession and use of calculator, mobile phone, smart watch or any other electronic gadgets in the test center is strictly prohibited.
10 Applicants shall produce originals of documents which they had uploaded at the time of online application before DRC (Department Research Committee) for the verification. OBC category students must produce valid non-creamy layer certificate as per the State Govt. norms.
11 Visually handicapped student must take permission for writer in advance.
12 DRC (Department Research Committee) process shall be undertaken for the Subjects where there is availability of vacant seats.
13 Applicants are advised to visit University website www.sggu.ac.in regularly as all the relevant information about Ph.D. Entrance Test shall be display there.
14 The University shall have  final authority to take any decision regarding  Ph.D. Entrance Test.
15 Applicant can only apply for subject in PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) which was obtained in postgraduate degree.
